Shipping Policy (For Plants & Accessories)
1. When do you ship orders?
Orders are processed and shipped every Monday and Tuesday. Processing time depends on the day the order is received.
2. How are plants packaged?
All plant shipments are packed carefully in reusable insulated bags with poly fill to ensure that you receive the plant in the same quality as it is pictured. Utmost care is taken while packing to prevent leaf damage during transit.
3. What shipping carriers and methods do you utilize?
Packages with Plants: Shipped via USPS Priority Mail.
Packages with only Accessories: Shipped via USPS/UPS Ground.
Shipping Upgrades: We can utilize UPS 2 day air/Overnight or USPS express shipping upon request by the buyer. Please contact us at info@yourhappyplant.com immediately after purchase if you wish to upgrade your shipping speed.
4. What should be anticipated regarding Shipping Stress?
Plants may frequently exhibit stress as a result of transit. It is considered normal for plants to lose some leaves during shipping, though precautionary measures are taken during packaging. This rarely occurs as we pack with care.
Acclimation: Please allow your plant a minimum of 1-2 weeks to acclimate to your environment before engaging in re-potting, should you choose to do so.
5. Disclaimer Regarding Extreme Temperatures
We are not responsible for damages caused by extreme temperatures.
Temperature Mitigation for plant shipments: If the temperature in your area is below 40, we strongly recommend the purchase of heat pack.
Shipping Holds for plants: If temperatures in your area are deemed too low or too high for safe transit, we reserve the right to notify you and delay shipment.
Adding Protection: If you fail to purchase a heat pack and wish to add them, you must contact us immediately after placing order at info@yourhappyplant.com.
🚫 No Refunds, Returns, or Exchanges Policy
No Refunds, Returns, or Exchanges are permitted once the order is placed.
Due to the perishable and live nature of our inventory, all purchases are considered final. Customers are required to confirm all order details, review local weather conditions, and purchase necessary thermal protection (heat pack) before finalizing the transaction.
Right to Reject Orders, Returns, or Cancel Sales
All purchases of units, whether initial or additional, are subject to acceptance by and shall only become effective upon confirmation by the Company. Your Happy Plant reserves the right to reject any order at its sole discretion.
Your Happy Plant the right to cancel the sale without notice and without cause provided. Furthermore, Your Happy Plant reserves the right to refuse returns—a right reinforced by our strict No Returns Policy set forth in Section 8.
